MintFlex is a small engineering team based in Helsinki. We take on work where the hard part is understanding how a business actually operates, not writing another screen.

Internal tools, customer portals, data exchange with third-party services. From prototype to production.

Servers, containers, backups and monitoring. We treat the hardware budget as carefully as the code.

We adopt projects that were left without a team and bring them back into shape, without rewriting from scratch.
How we work
- ConversationWe look at what exists today and what is actually blocking you. Fairly often the task turns out to be a different one.
- EstimateWe split the work into stages and give dates. If a stage makes no sense, we say so before starting.
- DeliveryYou see progress every week. No "we'll show you when it's ready".
- HandoverDocumentation, access, and a handover to your team, or ongoing support, whichever fits.
There are five of us and three of us write code, so we run at most two projects at a time and turn down work we do not understand. Declining at the start is cheaper than admitting it a month later.
